Abstract
This research study came to talk about the issue of administrative control and what it includes from the procedures and actions practiced by the administration, and to indicate the extent to which it must adhere to the objectives of administrative control and not deviate from the general rules in it. To achieve the desired goal, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, so that the research ultimately concluded with several results, the most important of which are that administrative control bodies, when practicing their work, adhere to the objectives of administrative control and its legitimate and appropriate means and are based on realistic and real reasons related to the public system. This study also recommended the state departments concerned with administrative control functions to intensify awareness programs to increase awareness and know-how among their members, so that they are highly qualified and efficient to carry out all administrative control procedures with all professionalism and professionalism, and in a manner that does not violate the provisions of the law and guarantees respect for the rights and freedoms of individuals.
