Abstract
The Jordanian legislator enacted rules to compensate damages occurred due to breach of contractual obligations by the Contracting Parties. And on the parallel side, the author of any tort, even if not discerning, shall be bound to repair the prejudice, thereby posing a legislative pattern of the individual personal liability for contractual actions and harmful actions. But the disruption of this pattern was evident in the absence of general theory of contractual liability for the Act of Third Party with the link to the contract (non-contractors). Therefore, this study was dedicated to explore the contractual responsibility for the act of third parties under the lease in the event of breach of contractual obligations arising from a valid rent contract.
