Abstract
Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of strategic agility in achieving competitive advantage in King Khalid University at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Methods: To achieve the goals of this study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. Also, the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method. The questionnaires were distributed to the study population that were (146) male and female employees in Human Resource Department at king Khaled University. The valid questionnaires for statistical analysis reached (105) questionnaires. Results: The study has a number of results, the most important ones are that there is statistically significant positive effect of strategic agility in achieving competitive advantage. The level of strategic agility came with a high rating, and the level of competitive advantage rating came with a high rating. Conclusion: The study recommended that it is necessary to design a program that reveals the level of experience and skills of employees in various fields of work at the university, so that it can know the characteristics of employees who need more courses to hone their skills and experience.
